Pot Size:

Caladium ‘Kathleen’ features arrow-shaped leaves. Soft salmon-pink centres are the focal point which appear semi-translucent with delicate blush veining. Olive green speckles gradually fade into contrasting block margins. These plants love humidity and would benefit from a bathroom environment placement

The Caladium 'Kathleen’ belongs to the Araceae family. This species has roots to the tropical rainforests of Central and South America. They thrive in warm and humid environments

Seasonal Dormancy

It’s important to keep in mind that caladiums go into dormancy in colder climates. Its leaves will fade and die back. This is a completely natural part of its cycle-you haven’t killed the plant! Reduce watering significantly. When the foliage dries, stop watering. Store the tuber in a cool, dark, dry place and allow the plant to rest. Resume watering in the spring and wait for new growth to emerge
