Exclusions:

• Unfortunately gothic Tropics cannot accept returns of undamaged plants, as these are perishable items and will not be saleable upon return.

• Gothic Tropics cannot accept returns of plants that have been re-potted or pruned.

• Plants are living things, and naturally display variations in markings, shapes and colours. Gothic Tropics is not liable for these variations.

• Gothic Tropics will not be responsible for items mishandled by customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly take care of the products they’re purchasing.

• Gothic Tropics cannot be held liable for any packaging costs should the original packaging be discarded.

• Gothic Tropics cannot be held responsible for the quality of plants, due to a missed delivery by the customer and any items that have been left in an outdoor setting by the customers request. This also applies to any incorrect details entered during the ordering process.
